Secure Packaging

Carefully disassemble your bicycle if necessary and pack all items in the original shipping crate to prevent damage during transit.

Ship to Factory

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location for transit to our Tennessee facility.

Inspection and Refund

Our technicians will perform a quality inspection upon arrival, and once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
